Age spots, medically called lentigo, are uniformly brownish spots that usually occur on sun-exposed areas such as the face and hands. In older people, they are usually numerous. But more and more younger people from about 40 years of age are also affected. Although age spots are usually not harmful to health, they are perceived as very disturbing for aesthetic reasons.


Even though these pigment spots can be covered with makeup or mineral powder, this is not a satisfactory solution, especially for young people.

Please refrain from taking blood-thinning medications such as aspirin 2 weeks before treatment. To support healing, alcohol and nicotine consumption should also be minimized during this time.
