Through treatment with our CO2 laser, the skin is irradiated with a very fine, precise laser whose light pulses penetrate into the epidermis and the middle skin layer (dermis). The laser treatment creates tiny injuries in the respective skin layers. Through these micro-wounds, the skin is stimulated to regenerate and form collagen as well as elastin. Blood circulation is improved, more elastic fibers are formed. In addition, old or damaged skin cells are removed, the skin becomes tighter and generally looks rejuvenated, pigment spots and disorders can be removed. The facial skin is smoothed and small, age-related wrinkles are reduced.

Before treatment, an anesthetic cream is applied. After an exposure time of approximately 20 minutes, the skin areas are treated point by point with the laser. After CO2 laser treatment, your skin may be slightly red or swollen, which should subside after a few days. Usually, the skin peels after treatment, which is part of the normal regeneration process. After treatment, it is important to avoid sun exposure and use UV protection. Cooling and nourishing creams can accelerate the healing process. Your skin needs approximately 4-6 weeks of regeneration time before another treatment is possible.
