Tattoo Removal

Gentle and effective tattoo removal with state-of-the-art laser technology.

Tattoo Removal

Tattoos are still very popular, and over 20% of young Germans aged 16 to 29 are tattooed. However, tattoos can fade over time or no longer be considered beautiful, which can become a burden. Many people therefore wish to have their tattoos removed, as covering tattoos is often no longer considered. Laser tattoo removal is indeed one of the safest and most effective methods to remove unwanted tattoos. Through the targeted use of focused light, the light energy is directed directly at the color pigments of the tattoo, destroying them. The broken-down residual pigments are then transported away via the lymphatic system, leading to a gradual fading of the tattoo. A great advantage of this method is that the adjacent skin areas remain largely untouched and hardly react.

At our clinic, we offer a gentle form of laser tattoo removal. It is important to note that immediate removal of the tattoo is often not possible. Usually, between 5 and 10 sessions are required to completely remove a tattoo. The exact number of treatments depends on various factors, such as the size of the tattoo, the type and colors used, the pigment depth, and the quality of the tattoo.

After LASER treatment, no further stay in the practice is required.

The use of special care products after treatment is recommended.
The scab created by LASER therapy usually resolves after seven to ten days. After four weeks, a slight fading of the tattoo can already be noticed. Usually, six to eight treatments are necessary to completely remove a tattoo.
