Spider veins occur when veins on the skin surface expand. This happens as a result of a disorder of the leg and pelvic veins, which have the task of transporting blood back to the heart, while the venous valves prevent blood from flowing back down. Spider veins are a sign of connective tissue weakness or first precursors of venous weakness that can lead to varicose veins. In such venous weakness, the defective venous valves allow blood to flow back to the feet, causing venous expansion.

CO2 Laser Treatment

In aesthetic laser therapy, the superficial skin layer is removed. This allows large-pored skin, pigment spots, acne scars, and fine wrinkles to be corrected. The result is a fresh and even complexion. Local anesthesia is not necessary for laser peeling. In the days after treatment, the skin is treated with a basic cream (without fragrances and parabens). Usually, the skin fully recovers within a few days. The day after treatment, you can resume your usual activities.
